I found an eBay seller manipulation that affects the market liquidity (how long it takes to sell 1/2 the market). I have gated that off and as a result you will notice a shift in the market pace section of the fair price analysis. Most cameras will now show a slower market pace.

Too thin a market (4 active listings) for a reliable fair-price band, so this shows the actual listing history instead — hover a dot for its price, click for the full ad. Condition and accessories shift the line, so always read the listing.

The Leica M-E, released in 2012, is the budget version of the M9: same 18MP Kodak CCD sensor, same body, but in a dark grey anthracite finish with a simplified feature set (no frameline preview lever, no USB port). It was Leica's effort to lower the entry price into full-frame digital M shooting. On the used market the M-E is one of the most affordable ways to access CCD-rendering files, and its anthracite finish has aged well aesthetically.
